Delivery
Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we dispatch orders to
our local Post Office soon after receiving them, therefore if you wish to cancel
your order before dispatching you should let us know as soon as possible

Royal Mail first class
For most orders we recommend Royal Mail 1st class, the charge is £3.95 including
processing and packing

Royal Mail aim to deliver first class mail the next working day, we have found
in many cases that this includes Saturdays,  in case of any unexpected delays
please allow up to three working days for your order to arrive.
Most orders using this service are delivered next day,  however this is not guaranteed.

Royal Mail guaranteed next day Delivery
Royal Mail guaranteed next working day delivery by 1 pm is available for £6.95
This service includes tracking & requires deliveries to be signed for
If you place your order on Friday you may receive your order on Saturday, however this
is not guaranteed.

Royal Mail guaranteed Saturday Delivery
If you are placing your order on Friday and next day (Saturday) delivery is critical then
use “guaranteed Saturday delivery”
Royal Mail guarantee to deliver your order by 1pm
This service includes tracking & requires deliveries to be signed for
These business types are excluded from the Saturday Guarantee: Banks, Building Societies,
Travel Agents, Jewellers and Post Office Branches.
The charge is £11.95

Some areas of the UK may be exempt from guaranteed next day delivery,

Next day delivery is also dependent on the time that we receive your order, for
us to process your order & dispatch early enough your order should be received
no later than 3pm
All orders will benefit from being placed early as possible.

The next day guarantee does not apply if:
Royal Mail were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item

Genuine elements in manufacturers own packaging may be opened & extra packing
added to help protect it during transit.

Orders received late in the day, weekends or public holidays will be dispatched
the next working day.
