Returns

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched
If you wish to return an item you have received because you have ordered it incorrectly or changed your mind,
or no longer require the part simply return it within 7 days of receipt and a refund will be arranged.
You will need to pay for the return postage for these items.
All items returned must be unused, not fitted or used for diagnostic purposes , in a re-saleable condition and in original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of these items, as long as all is ok we will issue a refund with 48 hours.
Items that have been specially ordered cannot be returned.
Goods returned because they are faulty or incorrectly supplied by us must be returned in the condition that you received them.
We will pay for the return of these items. Once your item has been received and inspected we will arrange for a refund
or replacement to be sent as necessary.
Guarantee
All spares sold on this web site are guaranteed for 12 months, these parts are intended for domestic use only and should be
for your own personal use and not used in the course of a business.
Our parts are not suitable or guaranteed for commercial use.
There are a number of compatible parts available which are being phased out in favour of better quality genuine & quality
alternative elements, even if stated otherwise these parts are still covered by our 12 month guarantee.
Parts should be fitted by a suitably qualified person.
A non working fan will cause premature element failure and is not covered under under our guarantee
