Thank you for the new element and bulb, both are working perfect and the
missus is very happy as we were going to pay for it to be done at cost of
£100 + vat, but we looked on-line and found your web site
It makes a refreshing change that a company is willing to do what you do for
very little profit.
The only thing missing is a few pages of bulbs for all the major cookers as they
seem to go at about the same time. But the service has been first class and
we can’t thank you enough for it...

I telephoned Servicepoint Ltd in Norwich at lunchtime, and after being helped
in sorting the correct element it was dispatched that afternoon.
I live on The Isles of Scilly, 28 miles off the end of Lands End, Cornwall and the
postman delivered the package this morning at 11.30am, 21st July.
What more can I say, but thanks for all your help.

Received email same day saying dispatch would be Monday 25/7/11.
Received element Tuesday morning 26/7/11.
That’s what I call service. The element was exceptionally well packed
and also included loads of information on the back of the invoice.
Cooker fixed by lunch time.
Excellent service and would certainly recommend you.
